No Question Asked Returns

We accept returns within 24 hours of purchase. If 24 hours have passed since your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment. Depending on the payment method, refunds may take 24 hours up to 10–14 working days to process.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at sales@hafizfruits.ae. Our delivery team will contact you to arrange the replacement.

Order Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse any order, including limiting or cancelling quantities purchased per person, household, or order. Orders suspected of fraudulent activity may be cancelled.
